Contribution Limits

For State Representative races, there are no campaign contribution limits.

It is unlawful for a corporation or unincorporated association to make a contribution, unless formed for political purposes or as a political committee. It is lawful for a partnership or a limited liability company (LLC) to make a contribution, so long as they affirm that (a) no partner or member is a corporation and, (b) in the case of an LLC, (i) it is treated as a partnership for Federal tax purposes, and (ii) the contribution does not contain corporate funds.
